IG-Parametereinstellungen und Expansionsparameter

Expansionsparameter sind Query-Parameter, die an eine ValueSet- $expand-Operation übergeben werden können, um zu steuern, wie das ValueSet expandiert wird — also wie die vollständige Liste der Codes aus der ValueSet-Definition erzeugt wird.
