Content

This profile describes a consent that is a prerequisite for admission to the Molekulares Tumorboard (molecular tumor board).

Formally, a Consent resource together with Provenance resources would be conceivable here. However, different data protection conditions apply at each site, due to both site-specific and federal-state particularities, which is why the specific elaboration of the individual consents will have to be carried out individually at the respective sites in the future.

In order to provide a basis for calculating the consent rate, the consent has for now been modeled here as an Observation.

Search parameters

The following search parameters are relevant for this module, including in combination:

  1. The search parameter "_id" MUST be supported:

    Examples:

    GET [base]/Observation?_id=12345

Usage notes: Further information on searching for "_id" can be found in the FHIR base specification - section "Parameters for all resources".

  2. The search parameter "_profile" MUST be supported:

    Examples:

    GET [base]/Observation?_profile=https://www.medizininformatik-initiative.de/fhir/ext/modul-mtb/StructureDefinition/mii-pr-mtb-consent-given

Usage notes: Further information on searching for "_profile" can be found in the FHIR base specification - section "Token Search".

  3. The search parameter "code" MUST be supported:

    Examples:

    GET [base]/Observation?code=http://loinc.org|105511-0

Usage notes: Further information on searching for "code" can be found in the FHIR base specification - section "Token Search".

  4. The search parameter "subject" MUST be supported:

    Examples:

    GET [base]/Observation?subject=Patient/example

Usage notes: Further information on searching for "subject" can be found in the FHIR base specification - section "Reference Search".

  5. The search parameter "encounter" MUST be supported:

    Examples:

    GET [base]/Observation?encounter=Encounter/example

Usage notes: Further information on searching for "encounter" can be found in the FHIR base specification - section "Reference Search".

  6. The search parameter "combo-value-concept" MUST be supported:

    Examples:

    GET [base]/Observation?combo-value-concept=http://loinc.org|LA33-6

Usage notes: Further information on searching for "combo-value-concept" can be found in the FHIR base specification - section "Token Search".
