Context of Use
This extension may be used on the following element(s)
ClinicalImpression
This extension describes the status of guideline-based treatment. It is a classification made by the MTB physicians of the exhaustion of the applicable guidelines, which are in part almost or fully exhausted, in part cannot be applied, and in part.
The exhaustion of therapies is, for example, a criterion for inclusion in the Modellvorhaben Genomsequenzierung (model project on genome sequencing) under SGB V §64e.
