This page describes the example instances of the Oncology module. The complete, automatically generated list of all examples can be found in the artifact overview (section Example Instances).

Synthetic data only — never use real or realistic-looking patient data in examples.

Highlights:

• Kim Musterperson — a continuous sample patient whose guideline-conformant course of therapy (ovarian carcinoma) is described on the guidance page; the associated instances (diagnosis, procedures, TNM panels, follow-up) are interlinked.
• Transaction bundles of the organ-specific modules: breast, colorectal carcinoma and malignant melanoma demonstrate all associated profiles in a server-consumable form.
• CUP example bundle — diagnosis of a cancer of unknown primary with best-of resolution after identification of the primary (bundle example).

All example instances are synthetic; similarities with actual disease courses are coincidental.
